Saint Mary’s rising junior golfer Perry Cohen fired a 2-over par 290 to finish in a tie for 7th place among a talented field of international golfers at the 50th Pacific Coast Amateur in Seattle, Wash.

The San Diego native (and 2-time all-WCC first team selection) posted rounds of 69-75-72-74 in the 4-day event at Seattle Golf Club.

Teammate Pavan Sagoo, playing immediately following a long flight from his home in London, tied for 29th place at 11-over par.

Saint Mary’s opens its season on September 12 in a tournament at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.
