Hodgson signs contract with Adelaide 36ers

Former Saint Mary’s center Matthew Hodgson has signed a 2-year contract to play for the Adelaide 36ers of Australia’s National Basketball League, according to a press release from the team.

He joins another former Gael, Lucas Walker, on the 36ers after spending last season as a developmental player with the Melbourne Tigers.  Hodgson graduated from Saint Mary’s in 2014 after playing two seasons with the Gaels.  He averaged 3.1 points and 2.3 rebounds per game and shot .525 from the floor during his time in Moraga.
