Women’s Rowing Featured in Sacramento Bee Article

As the Saint Mary’s women’s rowing team prepares for its biggest race of the season, the West Coast Conference Championships on Lake Natoma, the Gaels were featured in an article by Mark Billingsley of the Sacramento Bee about the local talent the Gaels have on their roster.

Four rowers call the greater Sacramento area home and the article focuses on the Sacramento “pipeline” that head coach Nicole Younts has added to this year’s roster.

Michelle Felmlee-Gartner, Rachel Alvarez, Brandy Cho and Nicolette Pierantoni all call the Sacramento region home.
